Falcon deployment

We plan and roll out the Falcon sensor across laptops, desktops and servers using your existing tools (Intune, GPO, SCCM or scripts), in stages and with minimal disruption.

EDR / XDR protection

Endpoint detection and response goes beyond traditional antivirus by recording device activity, spotting suspicious behavior and helping your team investigate and contain it early.

Policy configuration and tuning

Prevention policies, exclusions, sensor update and content update policies, and host groups, configured for your environment and tuned to reduce false alarms.

Switching to CrowdStrike

Replacing legacy antivirus or another EDR? We plan uninstall and cutover in rings, test on a pilot group, and agree each step with you before anything changes.

Licensing and renewals

We help you choose the right Falcon modules and bundle for your device count, handle procurement, and track renewals so protection never lapses.

Ongoing support

After go-live our team supports your Falcon environment: console help, policy changes, onboarding new devices and a point of contact when something needs attention.

Common questions

What is CrowdStrike Falcon?

Falcon is CrowdStrike's cloud-native endpoint security platform. A single lightweight agent on each device connects to a cloud console, and modules such as next-gen antivirus, EDR / XDR, vulnerability visibility and identity protection are enabled by license.

What is the difference between antivirus and EDR?

Traditional antivirus mainly blocks known malware. EDR also records what happens on a device, so suspicious behavior can be spotted, investigated and contained. No security product can promise to stop every attack, so we configure and tune it to give your team the best chance of detecting and responding early.

Can you replace our current antivirus or EDR with CrowdStrike?

Yes. We plan the move in stages, test on a pilot group, and agree the cutover plan with you in advance, including how the old agent is removed.

How do you keep rollouts and updates safe?

We deploy in rings (pilot, then wider groups) and configure sensor update and content update policies so changes reach your most critical systems after they have run on less critical ones. We agree these settings with you during planning.

Will the rollout disrupt my team's work?

We plan deployments in stages to keep disruption low, and we tune policies with your team so everyday work is not interrupted more than necessary.

Can we buy or renew CrowdStrike licenses through ISS?

Yes. We provide procurement and licensing services and help right-size licenses to your needs.

Do you work with other endpoint vendors too?

Yes. We also work with Sophos and Trend Micro for endpoint protection, so you can compare options before you decide.

Is the consultation really free? What happens next?

Yes. Submit the form and our team will respond within 1 business day to understand your requirement and suggest next steps.
